Perché le tradizioni non passano mai di moda. :soso:
Ed eccoci, dunque, a tre mesi dalla settimana che decide la regina della musica europea a parlare di Eurovision. La 62° edizione dell' Eurovision Song Contest rischia di essere una delle più interessanti degli ultimi anni, per mille motivi. Dalla location, Kiev, Ucraina, arrivata dopo il finale thriller dello scorso anno. Al fatto che il rappresentante italiano, il vincitore di Sanremo Francesco Gabbani, sta ottenendo grandi consensi a livello mondiale e ci può far ben sperare in vista della grande competizione, che si terrà il 9, 11 e 13 maggio.

GIMMICK: Il mistero circonda Puzzle. Non si sa in nessun modo chi si nasconda sotto la sua maschera nè quale vita abbia avuto prima di approdare in Wrestling Training Facility. Su di lui sono state fatte mille congetture: c'è chi lo crede un maniaco dei puzzle con la passione per la lotta, chi pensa abbia avuto un'infanzia difficile e per questo abbia deciso di lottare col volto coperto da una maschera, chi addirittura è convinto che sia un maniaco omicida che amava "scomporre e ricomporre" le sue vittime in pezzi, ma nessuna di queste ipotesi corrisponde alla verità che conosce solo Puzzle stesso. Puzzle è un wrestler dal comportamento particolare. E' molto riservato e taciturno, raramente concede interviste o si lascia andare a proclami, ma quelle poche volte che lo fa, mostra una convinzione e una determinazione più unica che rara.


STILE DI LOTTA: Sul ring invece, è una trottola impazzita: Puzzle non sta mai fermo, non riprende mai fiato, anche quando l'avversario è a terra inerme, preferisce correre da un lato all'altro delle corde piuttosto che rimanere a riposo; la sua azione sul ring è un susseguirsi di mosse su mosse che culminano sempre con qualcosa di spettacolare dalla terza corda, senza disdegnare qualche variante hardcore.

Il wrestler mascherato compare dal nulla, intenzionato a stravincere e a imporsi nelle categorie pesi leggeri del mondo, sperando nell'ausilio e nell'appoggio di qualche light-weight di caratura che aiutarlo a migliorarsi. Dopo i primi match di riscaldamento, Puzzle trova un valido mentore in Star Platinum: questi gli pone l'obiettivo di arrivare alla fine del Path of Glory, una serie di match in cui il rookie dovrà sconfiggere una serie di light-heavyweight famosi per dimostrare di essere un valido wrestler: Puzzle riesce ad avere la meglio così su Seiya, Jumbo Tsuruta Jr., Xomb, Aeternum e persino Red Revolution Raven, mentre assieme a Aenigma e Puma Kaiser vince i titoli trios della R-Pro; l'ultimo step è costituito da Star Platinum stesso che Puzzle batte in un Mask vs Career match a Futurama. Il giovane londinese si getta quindi nel torneo per il WTF Rising Star Title, arrivando in finale ma perdendo contro Domenico Carafa a Tomorrow Comes. Nonostante la sconfitta, Puzzle ritiene che sia arrivato il momento per il salto di qualità e abbandona la training facility per tentare l'avventura in 2FH e in AVLL: nella fed messicana, il londinese ottiene un discreto successo conquistando assieme ad Aenigma gli Intercontinental Jr. Heavyweight Titles mentre a Dublino si impone progressivamente come top face della federazione conquistando il 2FH World Heavyweight Title dopo un lungo feud contro Daniel Stuart e i Dishonored. La svolta avviene durante la faida contro Vassil Stoičkov, una faida particolare nella quale il bulgaro fa vacillare tutte le certezze di Puzzle fino a fargli voltare le spalle al suo pubblico e a iniziare un processo che lo porterà a diventare il leader del Project Lobotomy, la stable heel che comandava in 2FH, sostituendo Charles Casey e vincendo il WHW Title per la seconda volta: sotto la guida di Puzzle però la stable ha vita breve e, complice il ritorno di Charles Casey, Puzzle perde il titolo e i compagni, iniziando un'altra faida tormentata proprio contro il New Millennium God che lentamente lo porta a rinascere; Puzzle riconosce i suoi errori e ritrova il sostegno del suo pubblico, tornando finalmente a lottare per l'onore e la giustizia. Puzzle sconfigge così Casey, guadagnandosi l'ingresso nella Hall of Fame della 2FH e successivamente si impone anche su Shitar Kasparjan al termine di una faida intensa e senza esclusione di colpi, ma subito dopo giunge inaspettata la chiusura della Fight For Honor.

Gunther nasce in Germania da genitori italiani immigrati alla fine degli anni '80. A scuola è uno studente brillante, appassionato di filosofia e musica, ma non riuscirà mai ad esprimersi perchè il padre gli assegna la vita nei campi, a contatto con le pecore, la legna da tagliare e gli ortaggi.
Inizia a dedicarsi al mondo del wrestling quando scopre di essere forte massacrando di botte un forestiero che gli stava stuprando una pecora. Da lì in poi tutto il resto è leggenda. È forte, determinato, ubriaco e racconta una marea di cazzate.

★ Come abbiamo visto, due atleti hanno debuttato all'interno dell'Elysium Match, mentre un atleta ha fatto il suo ritorno. Si tratta di Paulie Sindacco, il cui ritorno è stato un semplice One Night Only, Puzzle e Ciro de Curtis

★ Per quanto riguarda l'ex campione EWW e membro del roster EWS Ciro de Curtis, si è trattata di un'apparizione One Night Only nell'ambito del solo Elysium Match. La dirigenza ha ringraziato de Curtis e la dirigenza EWS per aver permesso tale apparizione a sorpresa.

★ Per quanto riguarda Puzzle, invece, sembra che l'atleta inglese sia effettivamente una nuova aggiunta al roster DownUnder. L'ex 2FH ha raggiunto un accordo con la DownUnder qualche mese fa, ma è stato tenuto fuori per preparare il suo debutto, a sorpresa, proprio nell'Elysium Match.

Caitlin nasce a Vancouver nel 1988. Cresce in una famiglia normale, benestante. Fin da bambina mostra una gran predisposizione per quanto riguarda lo studio, riportando sempre voti eccezionali. Tutto questo però va ovviamente a discapito della vita sociale, con Cait che passa la maggior parte del tempo da sola ascoltando musica. Condizione in realtà forzata dal fatto di essere non proprio la più appariscente e bella della scuola (Realtà poi cambiata nel corso degli anni). Caitlin ha anche una sorella maggiore di nome Sara alla quale è molto legata, anche se al contrario di lei era molto popolare, nonché anche abbastanza forte poiché praticante di Arti marziali. Tutto ciò faceva nascere in ella un po di invidia, pur senza mai arrivare a odiare la sorella, tanto che alle volte provava anche ad allenarsi con lei, ma con pessimi risultati. Ella continua dunque solamente a studiare fino a che un giorno sua sorella ha un grave incidente con l'auto di ritorno da una serata in discoteca. La bionda subisce pesantemente il colpo, e dopo qualche mese in memoria della sorella riprende anche lei ad allenarsi, stavolta con più determinazione, che la porterà a raggiungere buoni risultati e a diventare una lottatrice professionista, senza comunque perdere di vista gli studi e laureandosi in informatica e lingue. Nel 2010 sbarca in Europa, in Irlanda, per un viaggio di studi, che in teoria doveva durare una settimana, ma dopo aver notato di trovarsi davvero bene decide di prolungare ulteriormente la sua permanenza, fino a rimanerci in maniera stabile. Successivamente, comincia a prendere contatto con la realtà locale del Pro-Wrestling e nel 2015 dopo anni in piccole federazioni viene notata da un imperfetto osservatore della 2FH, che colpito dalle qualità sia fisiche che mentali della ragazza non aspetta un attimo a chiamarla per la 2FH, proposta accettata praticamente subito

In 2FH ha fortune alterne da singolo, ma trova la sua consacrazione in coppia con Harley Night con cui forma le Blonde Cure. Insieme a lei vince il titolo del mondo, ma non solo, Harley diviene la sua migliore amica. A un certo punto, la gelosia si mette di mezzo fra le due, portandole ad una separazione molto rude. Dopo la fine della sua rivalità con Harley, sparisce dalla circolazione per un po', prima di ripresentarsi in DownUnder accettando la chiamata di Tenaya Saunders.
